Announcing the Platform In-House Finance Product

Following the successful trial since March 2021, Platform Finance is excited to present our new in-house finance product. This product is exclusive to COG brokers aggregating through Platform and CFG (Consolidated Finance Group). 

The product is delivered under the Westlawn Finance brand. Westlawn have been operating as a finance company since 1964. They are based in the NSW Northern Rivers providing finance around Australia and are owned by our parent entity COG Financial Services

The product consists of two commercial matrix offerings (Prime and Standard), and a flexible common sense full doc offering covering commercial and consumer applications.  

Platform CEO, Ryan Young said, “The Westlawn products are built on our broker member’s ongoing feedback. We have an excellent funder panel, and Westlawn will add depth to that. It meets our desire to give our brokers real points of difference through exclusivity and product design. This is a great string to our bow.”

The feedback since March from our trial brokers has been exceptionally good. Competitive terms and quick turnarounds on matrix. Westlawn have been in business since 1964 and while they will seek to turnaround deals quickly, they are sophisticated in terms of reviewing security and serviceability.

The current offering represents the early stages of our rollout to our brokers. We expect the product to continue to expand and improve as Westlawn builds scale in its portfolio, systems, and people – and these expansions will be driven by your feedback.
